"Time spent in Ward C20"

About: Warrington Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I have just returned home having spent 4 days on Ward C20 after having had an operation for quite a few abdominal problems. The consultant, the doctors, the nurses, the bedmakers, tea ladies, cleaning ladies in fact everyone on Ward C20 could not have been more attentive and caring. I would just like to mention Hillary who worked nights and Jackie on days who. were especially brilliant. So a very big "Thank you" to you all.

Thank you so much for letting us know how pleased you were with C20 ward and the team. It is lovely to receive such positive comments, and I will make sure to pass on your kind comments to the ward team and to the ladies you mentioned in particular.

Hope you're recovering well from your surgery and soon feeling much better.

Kindness and thoughtfulness should always be recognised and not taken for granted so it was my pleasure to praise all those kind souls who work so hard on C20 to make what is a stressful experience for the patients as good as it can be.

So keep up the brill work girls and thank you again.

Love and best wishes to you all for the Happiest of Christmases.
