"Moan about General Practice"

I feel that some patients are treated with contempt by my GP practice. Over the last few months I have had to wait an average of forty five minutes to see a doctor. The receptionist does not bother to keep you informed. The practice operates a triage system, which I think is not patient friendly. Who has time to wait half an hour for a doctor to ring you back! This happens if you just ring up to make a routine appointment. No doubt they are trying to reach a target! I believe that some patients will not complain because they are scared it will effect their clinical care.
