I went to the A&E at Royal Hallamshire Hospital due to chest and back pains. I was sent there by my GP and was kept in waiting area that was far too hot, for over five hours. I was never offered a drink or any refreshments. It seemed very disorganised. I was not told what was happening and never informed about waiting times to be seen.
