(as the patient),

I came to hospital after taking an overdose to end my life very depressed and scared, after constant care and love and support by the amazing team on ward 4 ive now been discharged as im now happy full of confidence and very happy with life, I can not put into words how greatfull I am but promise to use what ive experienced and learned to help others, ive had a fantastic experience on ward 4 and met new freinds that will stay in my life for ever, please keep on helping people with mh because you are truely saving lives, I will never forget any of you lots of love x
