The whole experience was efficient, courteous, re-assuring and effective. The staff without exception from consultants to junior assistants were not only courteous verbally but their whole demeanour showed that they meant it! I was really treated as someone special - I was there as an NHS patient but I had no sense of being treated as anything less that their number one priority. The clinical care - from anesthetist, consultant and nursing staff - and the general care of assistants in my overnight stay room and receptionists was excellent.
