"Pharmacy wait"

The wait in the pharmacy is far too long! Especially when you need your medication asap. I was told my wait would be 1 hour and 02 minutes but this became an hour and a half. Not impressed! The area was clean and tidy though which is a plus and the cleaner was coming around regularly. The member of staff in the pharmacy was nice and explained fully how to take the medication. I wasn't rushed through it all like other pharmacists have done.

Sorry to hear that you experienced a delay. Attendance at the Pharmacy can be unpredictable and when a high volume of patients attend this can lead to delays.
