My daughter was admitted to ward 8b early hours in November. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the care was amazing. All of the staff embodied the 6 C's.

They were rushed off their feet yet remained warm and compassionate at all times. The ward sister came and checked the charts, ensuring the highest quality was maintained and introduced herself. I had to stay overnight and she went out of her way despite being busy to find a parent's bed.

The staff were kind, hard working and friendly. The one thing that could be improved would be slightly improve orientation to ward routine.

I am terrible with names so will not mention any as I would hate to leave someone out. You were all (without exception) amazing.

Thank you all so very much. This is a well led and highly motivated team.
