I just want to say i walked into a&e with a hand injury was greeted by very pleasant staff.
On the scrolling notice board it said waiting time 1 hour, so set myself down for a long wait. To my surprise was seen in 35 mins, then went to see the doctor, sent for a x ray and referred to Castle Hill. All in all in about 2 hours.
People are sometimes to quick to complain but won't put pen to paper as such when they are impressed with the service, staff, cleanliness, like i have been.
Well done staff of Scunthorpe Hospital!
