I went to Specsavers in Wellington, I was treated very well. The consultant explained clearly everything she was doing. I felt confident all the time I was there. I was shown the results from my tests. I was also shown the effects it could have on my hearing. I was asked if I would like hearing aids as they were not essential, although they would help my hearing. I accepted the hearing aids. The whole experience was very good.
