"Very organized and excellent support team"

I wanted to thank Janet and Tony for their help and support early this year, for understanding the position I got myself into and the time and patience they put in to setting me right.

I was very defensive at the first meeting with Janet but she was still very kind to me at our next meeting. They took time to explain a few things to me about how I was feeling and how I deal with situations without turning to alcohol. I did become more receptive to their advice and through their support have been to the AA meetings and sorted myself out.

Tony has been particularly supportive and still keeps in contact to see how I’m doing.

The Community Mental Health Team are very organized and give excellent support.
