"I felt valued and listened to"

I attended GP appointment at School Hill Medical Practice regarding anxiety symptoms, and felt valued and listened to by the doctor, rather than rushed or a tick box exercise. I found it a really helpful experience in making sense of my situation without need for further intervention and wanted to give positive feedback to say thank you to Steven (GP), and remind others that really listening is such an important part of front line healthcare staff role.
