(as a relative),

My mother recently attended the Golden Jubilee for a hip replacement.

The whole experience from start to finish was fabulous. The communication prior, during and post mum being in the Golden Jubilee was first class.

The staff were all lovely, nothing was a bother.

Overall first class service. Keep up the good work...
