"Staff were lovely and caring"

About: Hereford County Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Overdosed the day before going to A&E by CPN, was extremely nervous for wasting their time and didn't want to go but knew I had to check. The staff were lovely and caring, they treated me well and didn't put me down or treat me badly for what I had done. They wanted to make sure I was okay and genuinely seemed to care which made me feel a lot better and I was very grateful and thanked them a lot. I was seen by triage in about 20-30 minutes, then another 20 minutes I was in a cubicle for bloods, then just waited for bloods before leaving.

Great service, lovely hard working staff, clean and friendly environment!
