(as a parent/guardian),

My 13 month old son was taken ill yesterday and we were taken by ambulance to childrens ED at heartlands hospital. I can not praise this place enough. We were seen promptly, reassured and treated very well. The Dr (Martin) was fantastic, he had a great manner with my son and explained his diagnosis and thoughts thoroughly, in a way we could understand. Top marks, top service, top staff.
