"Colposcopy and Lletz Treatment"

Attended a colposcopy appointment yesterday after high grade abnormality smear results. This department is run excellently. The consultant was very thorough and allowed me to ask as many questions as I felt I needed to. In no way did I feel rushed. The nurses were second to none. Very reassuring, kind and patient. The procedure itself was explained in detail to me and I was even given the option to view the problem area on screen. I am now waiting on biopsy results which I hope will have a positive outcome. Overall this department really do deserve credit for their efforts. Thank you.
