Very rude A&E doctor to me at 1am Thursday. I got mugged on the way home after been discharged from Sandwell with no money to get home and I had to walk 5 miles to get home. I had a very bad back pain, a lot of which went to my legs more in my left and face and arm. I was not asked by any staff if I was in pain.

I am sorry to hear of your mugging. If you wish us to investigate the care given to you during the consultation in A&E, do get in touch with us by contacting our complaints team via swbh.complaints@nhs.net. Pain assessment is part of our triage system, so I am surprised to read your last comment. It is not one ever raised with me another patient about our ED. Toby Lewis, Chief Executive
