"Very impressed with my visit to PRUH A&E"

I arrived at A&E at 8am with abdominal pain and a complicated medical history. I was treated efficiently, kindly and informatively by all the staff. All members of staff introduced theselves and told me what they were going to do and why. I had examinations, blood tests monitoring in very quick succession. I was particularly impressed with the doctor who was at all times concerned and gave full explanations for all the procedures with kindness and courtesy. I went home at 10.15 well on the way to resolving my problem with a letter in my hand explaining what had happened. Although I understand that I did not arrive at a busy time of day, I was delighted not to spend the morning at the PRUH
