"Thank you for looking after me once again"

About: George Eliot Hospital - Acute Services / General surgery

(as the patient),

The procedure was quite painful but all of the time the hospital staff were courteous, understanding, and sympathetic. At 5. 30 pm I realised that I could not drive home. The gentleman at the main reception advised me about overnight parking and phoned for a taxi. Well-done G E thank you for looking after me once again.

The only thing that could be improved is that the hospital temperature felt quite low.
