I attended the treatment centre at the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham with a service user.
The phlebotomy staff were rude to say the least, leaving both the service user and myself feeling distinctly uncomfortable. There was not a trace of professionalism or empathy.
At one point we were blamed for the delay in people being seen although we had been waiting for more than 20 minutes ourselves. Overall I was completely disgusted.
