"Lack of communication with patients at Princess Royal"

I attended the Princess Royal in Haywards Heath for a gastro problem.

I find the lack of communication between patient and medical staff to be a major problem. They always seem to be in a rush and often forget to tell you what is happening next.

Also when staying in hospital I found that too much assuming between shifts takes place i.e. one shift assumes the previous shift has done something when it hasn’t.

My final concern is the waiting time on outpatient visits.
