"Moving in a very positive direction"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The service has exceeded my expectations. Although some issues were difficult for me to deal with the therapist always treated me with understanding and allowed me to take the the therapy at my pace. As a result I feel that I am moving in a very positive direction.
