I went to my GP as a feral cat had bitten me. They had no date for a tetanus injection for 2 weeks. My wife suggested I should ring 111 and they helped and gave me good advice. They suggested I should go to A&E but I didn’t want to do that so I called my GP again to explain what 111 had told me. To be fair to my GP, he phoned me back and made sure I got my injection immediately. My GP is good if you can get actually get to see him.
