Kelvin the paramedic was an angel in disguise. He’s a big tall chap and couldn’t do enough for my husband and he waited for the doctor to arrive. The way he spoke to my husband was absolutely marvelous. Since Kelvin came, my husband has sadly now passed away. However I just wanted to say thank you for how Kelvin treated him. It’s so important to say thank you to people who make a difference. I have never found the ambulance service wanting apart from one previous occasion when an ambulance was cancelled.
