(as a relative),

I’m telling my story on behalf of my mum who recently visited Dewsbury Podiatry Centre.

Karen Sagar had a lovely manner. It was lovely the way she treated my mum and how she made her feel.

Sometimes people are quick to criticize but I really wanted to say thanks.
