As good an experience as the things can be. I did feel that I was asked to sign a consent form (for the next procedure) without having enough time to read the form or process the information the doctor gave me. Got feeling no time to think or ask appropriate questions, had to then make appointments later in order to talk to the consultant about my concerns. Also feel consent form was not as clear as it could’ve been, especially in relation to risk e. g. how often is “frequently occurring”? otherwise all good.
Both nurses and doctors were friendly, helpful, kind and respectful of dignity.
Appointment arranging staff/administration were helpful, efficient and very pleasant.
