"Extraction at Morecambe"

About: Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust / Dental services

(as the patient),

I had a toothache for few weeks. I was trying to get to a Dentist for 3 weeks and when I finally got there my nightmare has started.

I needed an extraction. My dentist gave me too small amount of injection so I could feel the pain but It was ok. I don't care. He took my tooth out on Saturday now It's friday and I found out I have a piece of tooth inside... I have even worst pain now than I had when that tooth was on it's place... I mean my mouth (gum) (whatever). Now I need to go to a private dentist to take that piece of tooth out and pay another 80 pounds. I will never ever ever ever go to the NHS Dentist again. I just spent 18 pounds for nothing! I've bought more pain. Thanks... Not happy patient with "piece of tooth" pain.

Dear Caroline,

We don't provide the dentistry services at Queen Victoria Hospital. They are run by Lancashire Care Trust. We will contact them and pass on your comment and supply any response they may have.

Kind Regards,

Corinne
