You have written cancelling my appointment and rebooking it for the exactly the same date and time. I have spoken (10 minute wait on the phone on a Thursday afternoon) to be told it's not the time it's the venue that has changed. I have attempted to find a map on your website and failed. Is there any way of checking (before I arrive) where "RLH Clinic 3, Ground Floor Main Building, Luckes Entrance is?
