Went in as a day patient for an exploratory operation. Apart from a bit of a delay, which was explained for me when I got there. I found the standard of care exemplary.
Every member of staff I encountered was knowledgable, helpful, understanding and sympathetic.
The place was spotless and continually cleaned to a high standard.
The Health Service in Wales is taking a hammering, for staff to act as professionally as they do under the circumstances is a lesson to their resilience.
