Its a waste of time ringing this hospital as you never get an answer or staff are on lunch (for atleast 1.25 hrs) must be nice to get such a long lunch. My wife who has a thyroid problem and seems to have to wait forever to get an appointment despite the pressure this is putting her under. The worst hospital reception/telephone system. If this hospital was in the private sector you would go bankrupt. I have not complete the rest of the feedback page as it concerns appointments and visits neither of which has happened. And what is the point of feedback when the web page will not accept it without putting in a visit date! When this is the problem.
