"I received an excellent service"

About: Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS Trust HQ / Sleep studies

(as the patient),

On 06/04/2009 I attended Dr J Hadcroft clinic. It was very busy but hospital staff ensured patients kept up to date with information about clinics, and delays due to doctors still in surgery. I was seen through on time and although the clinic was extremely busy, Dr Hadcroft in no way made me feel like I was being rushed, the doctor spent time explaining my test results to me and also advised me on my next treatment options. Once my appointment was over a nurse was waiting outside to ask if I required another appointment. I wanted to write as more often then not people only complain, but I received an excellent service.
