"Great care for my son, who attended A&E at Hairmyres Hospital"

(as a parent/guardian),

My son suffered an embarrassing minor injury at school yesterday afternoon. We arrived at ED around 15.30. We were attended to promptly by the staff in the minor injuries unit who treated my son with dignity and respect. We were seen treated, reassured and discharged within 40 minutes. Excellent service from a department that I know personally was under pressure and extremely busy at this time. Thank you.

I know the department was extremely busy on that day and I am so pleased that your son received such sensitive care and treatment. I hope he has fully recovered.
