(as the patient),

As I've been a diabetic for 10 years, I am backwards and forwards to doctors and hospitals all the time. I have recently been transferred to Bromley and I am so impressed with the way they speak to you advise you and look after you. I would like to make a special mention to Helena O'Donnell [Diabetic nurse] and Shirley RInaldi [office].
