"Excellent service"

About: Solihull Hospital

I had a cataract operation on Tuesday 4th November. All went well and the improvement in my sight is outstanding. The nursing staff were excellent, and tried hard to explain the procedure in detail. There was a wait until it was my turn, they book six patients in for 8:00am, but it was relaxing and comfortable enough. The actual operation took no more than about 20 minutes, and the surgeon was completely competent and reassuring. Personally, I would have liked a bit more of a running commentary for each step of the procedure, but others may not feel that necessary. Well done, Solihull Hospital!
