"Some difficulties but I count myself very lucky"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

It was very difficult to talk to anyone prior to my appointment. I think the phone at IM should be manned rather than just having an answering machine.

The quality of the experience is entirely dependent on how well you can engage with your therapist. I count myself very lucky on this occasion to have been allocated a therapist with whom I felt immediately at ease and who I was able to trust and have confidence in.

Thank you.

Dear 'MsF2014',

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you had difficulty contacting the service prior to your appointment. The office phone is always manned during office hours, but it does divert to the answer machine when we are very busy and all the available lines are being answered by our reception staff.

I'm glad to hear that you spoke to a therapist with whom you were able to relate well and that, after the frustration you felt about contacting us, you found the therapy you received helpful.

Best wishes for the future,

Lizzie
