"My elderly father attending cardiology outpatients"

My father is 92 and was rather irritated about another ECG. Technician was wonderful and not only very patient but made him feel special. He responded to this special treatment.

Reception staff also patient and helpful. I had driven a long way to bring my father, did not have all the information to hand and they were very understanding. Makes a difference.

Dr. Duprey excellent. In particular knew just have to communicate with my father,

All very efficient and kind.
