"M.E. Service"

About: East Coast Community Healthcare C.I.C

(as a service user),

Having had an excellent OT through the M.E. Service, it then went downhill and I was discharged without a review or any guidance.

GP rereferred me this year and I am pleased to say I am now in the care of the very supportive Jenny Miles.

Patients are supported for six months to one year and then on the SOS list (not discharged yet and can contact for further assistance) If no contact has been made by the patient within six months, they are informed they will be discharged.

We are very pleased that you have now been re-referred and that we are providing suitable and effective care to you.

Should you experience any difficulties, please do contact us direct when we would be pleased to assist you.
