"Completely satisfied with the service and treatment which I received"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was completely satisfied with the service and treatment which I received. I felt that the TRAQS service was a great idea and reaffirmed that one was not joining a lengthy queue. I would find the ratings difficult to give as some are not apparent.

It is always lovely to receive positive feedback and we appreciate that patients take the time to share their comments with us as they help us to develop the service further and identify any problem areas.

We appreciate the comment relating to the questionnaire and realise that it is not appropriate for everyone to complete all areas.
