I was rung by the clinic to say that the clinic had been transferred to another location, which was more convenient as it avoided the crowded Town centre and it was easier to park there.
When I reported for the appointment the staff were pleasant and the visit to the consultant was on time. The peaceful atmosphere made it easier to get rid of the nerves.
Consultant was very good and explanation fine for the diagnosis of my complaint. This made me feel quietly confident in my visit, to the NHS clinic.
