"Hypermobility"

Hi, I've been diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder that I have made my physiotherapist aware of. Having said that she gave me excersises she would give everybody else which includes me extending my leg into a locked position which puts me at risk of further dislocations yet she told me she understands hypermobility. I was told by my specialist I have to discharge myself and he was putting me under one of his physiotherapists to deal with my situation.
