Appointmnet time not met, eventually informed that notes had been lost after waiting over an hour. will be asking for an explanation about when this was known. Told investigation reports had been requested however I informed them they had been contacting the wrong hospital for these. Aware that there has been centralisation of the service continue to recieve treatment as no other choice. Unfortuantely i have had this experience at other local hospitals on several occasions. The anxiety related to requiring investigation and diagnosis is heightened when results are not available. I have been contacted now to say the notes have been found.
