I was scheduled for surgery on Friday morning 31st of October for urological surgery under my consultant, but a small emergency resulted in me attending the A&E department at 10pm on the night before. I had very good care, the staff ensured that I was admitted to ward C6 West in preparation for the next morning. I was looked after very well by the nurses, and then the whole team that dealt with me pre surgery were excellent . The anesethetists and the consultant himself were very reassuring, and helped me relax . The consultant came to see me post surgery to inform me how the surgery went, and gave me all the information and reasurances, and the anethetist also visited me. I recovered on Ward C6 West, with very attentive nurses and Doctors, well fed and hydrated! discharged on the 4th of November, a big thanks to all involved in my stay from the consultant to the porters and cleaners, much appreciated care of me all the way from North Wales !!
