I was admitted to QMC due to an ovarian cyst in March this year. The toilets and showers that I saw were dirty but the wards were better. I saw no porters or staff around on arrival in the early morning. This is unacceptable for an elderly person. Help, for me, on leaving the hospital was non-existent which is not good enough. Also, my after care on leaving was terrible, the doctors do not seem to know anything about my operation and I have not heard a word about any results.
