I had to visit the Accident unit on Sunday afternoon 26/10/14 after cutting open my leg. the service I got from each member of staff was excellent. From the moment I arrived at the Reception area, through to being treated by the doctor, each member of staff was professional, polite and friendly. I would just like to say thank you to all and a job well done. many thanks Gary Gregory

Our emergency department at the Lister is exceptionally busy, but we're working hard to make the service as efficient and prompt as we can given the circumstances.
