In March this year I had an emergency problem with my left eye so I went straight to QMC.
The best things about my treatment were that I was put at ease and the problem was fully explained to me, although the signage of how to get to the clinic could have been better.
I wasn’t made to feel angry or upset at any point. I would like to thank all staff in the eye emergency clinic.
