"Excellent hospital"

I was rushed to Wansbeck from Hexham. The staff were amazing. I was in pain and frightened and they gave me such reassurance and support, i dont think i could have got through it without them. The consultant was down to earth, explained things thoroughly and communication between the team was brilliant. The dinner ladies ensured you were looked after. After my operation the post care was just the same, brilliant. The staff put a smile on your face everyday. The teams of surgeons SHO's, nurses, physios, etc.. were approachable and caring.I couldnt have asked for better care and commitment to a patient.
