Went in for pre-asessment then angioplasty. Wonderful people, personable, friendly and efficient with smiles. All my questions were answered and my humour - perhaps nervous - was reciprocated. In all they made an otherwise unwanted experience acceptable and palatable. The procedure necessarily was at times a bit uncomfortable but I was told at every stage what to expect. For all the right reasons it was a day/s I will remember.
