"ENT Outpatient appointment"

Visited ENT outpatient today at GOSH with our 21 month old child. It was a very busy place but we were impressed with all the service and expert opinion we received. The unit had a small play area for all age groups within the waiting area which helped pass the time and the children all seemed to find something of interest to keep them occupied whilst waiting for our child's name to be called out. During our consultation we were listened to and everything was explained to us so clearly and patiently. And most importantly we didn't feel rushed out of the door the consultant seemed to answer all our questions and put our minds at ease. Praise to the Admin staff and reception staff as well who where all helpful. Our first time to GOSH and we felt we had a good experience from an 'outpatient' view. Thank you.
