I can honestly say I have never ever come across a group of more caring, gentle, compasionate people. Although our final outcome was not good, we couldnt of wished for better care for our loved one. From the Doctor to the cleaner they made us feel confident & welcome. They all made that was a terrible traumatic time that little bit easier. Thank you

Thank you very much for taking the time to pass on your thoughts, it is really appreciated. I will pass your comments onto the Head of Community Hospitals. I would also like to pass onto the Ward Manager, can you recall which ward this related to, Ward 2 is opposite the main entrance, whereas Ward 1 is much further round and off to the right of the site. Thanks again for your lovely comments.
