I have finished my talking therapy in March and I was reffered back to see a psychiatrist for a second opinion. I was told it was only going to be 4-6 months and I have been waiting now for 8 months.
I am not very happy having to have waited for so long, I feel very frustrated and upset and angry.
When I go back I want to see a fully qualified psychiatrist. I don't want no trainee. The one I had was rubbish. I could not connect with them and I didn't feel comfortable.
I need one that can understand me and have that empathy.
