"Staff are excellent"

My mother was moved to ellens glen after a stay in the royal Victoria. It was very distressing as we where not really given an option so there was no time to visit etc. I tried to research online but there was not much info hence why I am writing this.

She was moved to Hawthorne ward. The hospital is set in beautiful grounds and when you enter through a secure door initially you might feel it is a distressing place. but ..... The staff are excellent yes there are understaffing issues which are obvious and the admin room looked like it needed organised but the rooms are comfortable, the routine very robust and the care excellent. My mother immediately felt at home and was very comfortable I cannot praise the nurses doctors enough. A few times I have been in the to room waiting to speak to a nurse and listened to interaction and I can tell you that the team are genuine and care for their patients.
